Holistic support for retrievers, working dogs and their people

PawnderfulTeam – Ganzheitliche Begleitung für Retriever, Arbeitshunde und ihre Menschen

Understand your dog. Strengthen your bond. Grow together.

You do not simply want to train your dog, but truly understand them?

Perhaps your dog is easily excited, sensitive, restless or difficult to reach in everyday life. Perhaps there are situations in which you lose touch with each other, even though you have already tried many things. Or you sense that there is more behind a certain behaviour than can be seen at first glance.

At PawnderfulTeam, it is about taking a closer look.

Not only at what your dog shows, but also at what may lie behind it: their personality, experiences, needs, stress level, physical wellbeing, nutrition and the way you communicate together.

Behaviour does not arise separately from the dog as a whole. A dog who is physically out of balance, uncomfortable or under constant tension may have different needs from a relaxed and balanced dog. Nutrition, digestion, physical tension and emotional strain can also play a part.

This does not mean there is one single explanation for every behaviour. Nor does it mean that every change is automatically related to nutrition or health. That is why an individual and careful assessment is so important.

What to expect at PawnderfulTeam

I support you and your dog with experience, expertise and a sensitive eye for connections that are often overlooked in everyday life.

I combine:

  • my many years of experience with retrievers,
  • my experience in dummy work,
  • my knowledge of naturopathy, animal energetics and nutrition,
  • my awareness of physical and emotional tension,
  • and a fair, understanding view of training and behaviour.

You will not receive a rigid formula or a quick standard solution. Together we look at what suits your dog, you and your everyday life.

My goal is not simply to make your dog function. My goal is for you to read your dog better, recognise their needs earlier and interact with them more confidently and understandingly.

Who will support you

I am Veronika, and I support retrievers and their people on their journey together.

Golden retrievers have been part of my life for more than 20 years. Dummy work has accompanied me for many years. My own dogs have always been my teachers, shaping the way I see dogs and their needs.

They have shown me that performance is not everything. That boundaries must be noticed. That stress does not automatically mean disobedience. And that genuine cooperation grows where dog and human feel seen, understood and safely supported.

Today I combine these experiences with my training in naturopathy, animal energetics and nutrition.

I do not see myself as someone who prescribes a universal solution. I want to look closely with you, make connections understandable and support you in understanding your own dog better and better.

Connection, regulation, health and training

My work brings together several areas that influence one another.

Connection

Connection means seeing your dog's personality, understanding their signals better and building your communication on trust and clarity.

Regulation

Regulation means taking stress and tension seriously and supporting your dog in returning to a calmer, more responsive state.

Health, nutrition and naturopathy

For me, health, nutrition and naturopathy mean including physical wellbeing. Nutrition, digestion, physical tension and other individual factors can matter when we want to understand a dog holistically. The focus is always a responsible view of the individual dog, not blanket recommendations.

Training

Training means making learning fair, motivating and appropriate for your dog – in everyday life as well as in retriever and dummy work.

These areas do not stand separately. They interconnect. Even so, not every dog needs the same support in every area. What helps one dog may be unsuitable for another.

Client voices

What clients say

Our male dog constantly had stomach problems before trials. Veronika looked at feeding, stress and training together – after a few weeks he was noticeably calmer and his digestion stable.
Katrin M., golden retriever in dummy sport
I was the one putting the most pressure on the team. Working on my own tension changed more than any extra training session.
Stefan B., labrador in hunting training
Finally someone who does not immediately sell a product for food intolerances, but analyses calmly and says honestly when the vet is needed.
Anja L., flat coated retriever
The workshop at our club was practical and easy to follow. Many teams still use the relaxation routines today.
