Protecting your personal data is important to me. Processing is based solely on the GDPR and the BDSG.
3. Access data
When you access this website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) is processed by the hosting provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
4. Contact
If you contact me by email, phone or via the contact form, your details will be stored to process your enquiry. Contact form data is also recorded in an internal overview so that I can track enquiries in a structured way. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR. Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
5. Cookies and consent
This website uses technically necessary cookies to ensure language selection and basic functions work. With your consent, analytics cookies are also set to better understand website usage. You can change your selection at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
6. Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 is used. Data is transferred to Google servers, possibly in the USA. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
7. Customer account and member area
To purchase and use Academy courses you create an account with an email address and password. We store your email address, your name (if provided) and your purchased courses. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract). You can request deletion of your account at any time by email; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
8. Payment processing
Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). The data required for payment (e.g. name, email address, payment details, invoice amount) is transmitted to Stripe and processed there. I do not receive your full payment details. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Further information can be found in Stripe's privacy policy.
9. Hosting and technical service providers
The website and the content of the member area are hosted with technical service providers within the EU. They process data exclusively on my behalf on the basis of data processing agreements.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
