Holistic view
I look at training, health, nutrition, stress and the handler as an interconnected system – not as isolated issues.
About
Holistic support for human-dog teams
Dogs have accompanied me for many years. For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of living, learning and growing with golden retrievers. Dummy work has shown me how valuable clear communication, trust and fair cooperation are.
My own dogs have also taught me that a dog must not be reduced to visible behaviour. Restlessness, withdrawal, overwhelm or difficulty concentrating can have many different causes. Sometimes more calm and regulation are needed, sometimes a change in training, and sometimes a closer look at physical wellbeing, nutrition or other individual factors.
Over time I have learned to judge less quickly and look more closely. My dogs have shown me that every dog brings their own path, personality and boundaries.
Today I combine my experience of life with retrievers and dummy work with my knowledge of naturopathy, animal energetics and nutrition. It matters to me not to think in simple explanations or blanket solutions.
I want to understand what influences this dog in this situation and what this human-dog team needs right now.
My support does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. If health concerns are present or unclear, veterinary assessment must always be part of the process. Where appropriate, my work can provide complementary support.

My path to dogs
The turning point was called Jayden. My dog led me a few years ago to explore animal energetics – and suddenly a world opened up in which I could perceive things I had not even been able to name before. Blockages, old burdens, inner restlessness – much of it shows itself on a subtle level long before it becomes physically visible.
This experience with Jayden would not let me go. I wanted to understand what lay behind it and began my training as a certified animal energetics practitioner, nutrition consultant and naturopathy consultant for dogs. Because I quickly realised: energetics, nutrition and naturopathy complement each other wonderfully when it comes to truly helping a dog.
It is not about simply suppressing symptoms. I want to look at the causes too – respectfully, patiently and holistically. Not every change happens overnight. But when we understand the connections, we can spare our dogs and ourselves so much distress.

PawnderfulTeam is my heart business, my passion and the hobby that slowly but surely became my profession. It is the space where I get to bring together everything that moves me: my love for dogs, my enthusiasm for holistic connections and my deep wish to genuinely help dog people.
I know retriever people particularly well: their dogs often look fit, love to work and only show problems late or very subtly. Then panic sets in and the first route is to the vet. My goal is to strengthen you and your dog so you can assess more quickly what is going on – without falling into fear, but also without dismissing things. More understanding creates calm. Calm creates better decisions.
The name PawnderfulTeam actually only emerged recently. For a long time my consulting took priority, because I wanted a secure professional footing. PawnderfulTeam was allowed to grow organically alongside it – from conversations, from experiences with my own dogs and from the realisation that I want to walk this path not just on the side, but properly. I now have big visions: more courses, more exchange, more human-dog teams moving through everyday life confidently and calmly.

For many years my main career was in international sales and management, partly in leadership roles. I led negotiations, supported teams, structured projects and learned how important it is to take people with you, communicate goals clearly and stay flexible at the same time.
That experience still shapes me today. I now advise international companies in the pet industry on growth and sales management. And this structured, solution-oriented way of thinking flows into PawnderfulTeam too. Because good consulting is not a free flow for me – it needs a common thread, clear steps and the feeling that you as a client are truly understood.
The mix of corporate experience, holistic dog support and my own journey as a dog handler defines my approach. I am not just the holistic dog lady, but also not just the business consultant. Somewhere in between – and that is exactly where I feel at home.

I look at training, health, nutrition, stress and the handler as an interconnected system – not as isolated issues.
My focus is on recognising strain early and building resources before bigger problems arise.
I know the specific demands this type of dog brings to nutrition, recovery and emotional support.
Trauma-stress-release treatments and energetic analyses complement the consultation and help dissolve old patterns.
Every recommendation is tailored to the real everyday life of the team – actionable, understandable and measurable.
If needed, I connect you with veterinarians, physiotherapists, lab partners (vetevo) and species-appropriate pet food (Reico).
I work honestly, respectfully and without rash promises. Not every problem can be solved in a single session – and I will tell you that too. What matters to me is that you understand why I make each recommendation and that you can choose the path that suits you and your dog.
PawnderfulTeam stands for partnership at eye level: between dog and handler, and also between us as consultant and client. I walk alongside you without imposing anything on you.
Get to know me and my way of working – I look forward to meeting you and your dog.
